MARI ROJAS
Owner and CEO
Mari Rojas, started the escrow industry in 2001, started as a receptionist and advanced her way up the Escrow Ranks to now owning her own Escrow Company. She brought her 20 years of escrow experience to the company, striving to offer her clients the best possible service and to guide them through the Escrow process.
Mari Rojas states that her true success are satisfied customers and a positive outcome. Mari Rojas is a Certified Escrow Officer with a sterling reputation. She is bi-lingual in Spanish.
Mari specializes in Residential Sales, Commercial, Refinances, Reverse Mortgage, 1031 Exchange, HUD/REO.
DUY NGUYEN
Admin Assistant
Duy Nguyen joined New Generation Escrow year 2017 but has been in the escrow industry for 15 years. Duy takes pride in his work and personally guides each client through the process.
His title might say “Admin Assistant” but he certainly knows how to handle all of the details and paperwork involved in closing escrow. He’s licensed, experienced, and fun to work with.
When he isn’t working, you can usually find Duy at the gym, or at home spending time with family and friends. Otherwise, don’t be shy to shoot him a quick email for your escrow needs. He’s ready to help!
NICOLE ALVAREZ
Escrow Officer
Nicole started her career as a receptionist at a Real Estate Office in 1998 and worked her way up the ranks. She believes starting from the ground up is the best way to learn everything there is to know about one’s position.
Nicole has been an Escrow Officer since 2008 and is known to be very detail-oriented, which is an invaluable trait for an escrow officer. She can help with all types of transactions from Refinances to resale, Manufactured/Mobile, Modular, Commercial, land, reverse, and hard Money. She’s also a notary.
Nicole knows that in order to provide exceptional client service you need to be available at anytime day or night. She loves to help people in general, but most especially her Agents, Brokers, Processors, and Loan officers.
When she is not on the clock, Nicole loves hiking, paddle boarding and giving back to the community.
